NOTICE TO RECEIVE SEALED BIDS: The City of Archer, Florida is seeking qualified recipients to respond to this Request for Bids (RFB) for an all-inclusive SCADA package that includes the integration and installation of a SCADA system to monitor the operations of the City’s Water Treatment Facilities and wells. All costs for the proposed SCADA system must be included and all initial and/or re-occurring charges and fees must be stated. The bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, on public entity crimes. Completion date for this project will be 60 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Please indicate on the envelope that this is a sealed bid, for the “SCADA City of Archer”. There will be a nonmandatory onsite pre-bid meeting to allow Bidders to view the existing SCADA system on Thursday November 20th, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM EST on December 18th, 2019 at the Archer City Hall, 16870 SW 134th Avenue, Archer, FL 32618 and opened directly thereafter. The Bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder. Cost for Specifications will be $30.00 per set and is non-refundable. Checks should be made payable to City of Archer. All bids shall remain firm for a period of sixty days after the opening.
