The Metropolitan Transportation Planning Organization for the Gainesville Urbanized Area is updating its Long-Range Transportation Plan. At this workshop, the adopted Year 2045 Needs Plan will be presented and citizen comments will be received concerning funding priorities for State Highway System, Federal Transportation Alternatives Program and Federal Surface Transportation Program projects for the draft Year 2045 Transportation Cost Feasible Plan from the following scenarios:

Alternative 1 - Revenue forecast emphasis on transit projects; and

Alternative 2 - Revenue forecast emphasis on roadway capacity projects.

Due to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, the Year 2045 Long-Range Transportation Plan Workshop will meet virtually on July 7, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The workshop will be conducted via communications media technology.
