Census Update for Archer

I’m pleased to report that Archer continues to make progress on its census response.

You are currently at 46.4% as of May 4.

A question came up recently about whether citizens that use PO Boxes will get a paper form that way.

The short of it is, no.  Census forms are only sent to physical addresses.  But the good news is, that by June, the US census takers will be out checking on folks in person at their homes.

Keep getting the word out.  At the rate you are going, you will have exceeded your 2010, 54.1% response rate in a matter of weeks, putting yourselves in an excellent position to do even better in 2020.  And remember, the census is extended to October 31, 2020.
