Canvassing Board Meetings and Logic & Accuracy Testing Primary Election August 18, 2020

Tuesday, August 11, 2020 – 9:30 a.m. (if needed) - The Canvassing Board will meet at the Supervisor of Elections Office, 515 North Main Street, Suite 100, Gainesville, to review and process additional vote-by-mail ballots received by the Supervisor of Elections.  Ballots will be available for inspection at 9:00 a.m.  

Thursday, August 13, 2020 – 9:30 a.m. - The Canvassing Board will meet at the Supervisor of Elections Office, 515 North Main Street, Suite 100, Gainesville, to review and process additional vote-by-mail ballots received by the Supervisor of Elections.  Ballots will be available for inspection at 9:00 a.m.  

Friday, August 14, 2020 – 9:30 a.m. (if needed)  - The Canvassing Board will meet at the Supervisor of Elections Office, 515 North Main Street, Suite 100, Gainesville, to review and process additional vote-by-mail ballots received by the Supervisor of Elections.  Ballots will be available for inspection at 9:00 a.m.  

Monday, August 17, 2020 – 2:00 p.m.  - The Canvassing Board will meet at the Supervisor of Elections Office, 515 North Main Street, Suite 100, Gainesville, to review and process additional vote-by-mail ballots received by the Supervisor of Elections.  Ballots will be available for inspection at 1:30 p.m. 

Tuesday, August 18, 2020 – 2:00 p.m.  - The Canvassing Board will meet at the Supervisor of Elections Office, 515 North Main Street, Suite 100, Gainesville, to review and process additional vote-by-mail ballots received by the Supervisor of Elections.  Ballots will be available for inspection at 1:30 p.m. 

Tuesday, August 18, 2020 – 6:00 p.m. - The Canvassing Board will meet at the Supervisor of Elections Office, 515 North Main Street, Suite 100, Gainesville, to review and process additional vote-by-mail ballots received by the Supervisor of Elections, to canvass the returns from early voting and the precincts after 7:00 p.m.  Ballots will be available for inspection at 5:30 p.m. Preliminary Results will be released.  

Thursday, August 20, 2020 – 4:30 p.m. - The Canvassing Board will meet at the Supervisor of Elections Office, 515 North Main Street, Suite 100, Gainesville, to canvass election returns, and review bad signatures and provisional ballots along with any evidence provided.  After 5:00 p.m. the Board will prepare and certify unofficial results. 

Monday, August 24, 2020 – 4:00 p.m. - The Canvassing Board will meet at the Supervisor of Elections Office, 515 North Main Street, Suite 100, Gainesville, to certify the official results andmake audit selections for the post-election audit of the voting system.  A review of the audit process will follow. 

Tuesday, August 25, 2020 – 10:00 a.m. - The Canvassing Board will meet at the Supervisor of Elections Office, 515 North Main Street, Suite 100, Gainesville, to conduct the post-election manual equipment audit. 

Wednesday, August 26, 2020 – 10:00 a.m. (if needed)  - The Canvassing Board will meet at the Supervisor of Elections Office, 515 North Main Street, Suite 100, Gainesville, to conduct the post-election manual equipment audit.
