Commissioner Fletcher J. Hope has been a resident of downtown Archer since 1993.  He and his family moved to Archer to care for a family member and have become active in many organizations within the community.  His employment resume includes the past 22 years in retail public and private foodservice operations management, multiple HCA hospital and area public hospital departmental management positions.  He is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Maddox Foundry & Machine Works, Inc. in Archer, Florida.

Commissioner Hope has remained active in our Archer Area Chamber of Commerce, Archer Historical Society, A.C.P.O. and various cultural community events. He has served as a member on the volunteer Archer Codes Enforcement Board for the past 18 years and most recently served as the Chairperson. He has served on various Archer Citizen Advisory Committees in the past.

He currently is acting Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the HCA Federal Credit Union.  He is a member of the Archer Bethlehem Presbyterian Church, U.S.A. and is acting Treasurer and Board of Trustee member for the church.
